The goal of this direction is to create an effective and reliable system of support for defense operations. Improving the organizational structure, optimizing logistics processes, developing and implementing modern technologies for monitoring and managing military equipment are important tasks.
The "Organizational, Staff and Logistic Activities" direction in the "Western Ukrainian Defense Cluster" plays a key role in the support and optimization of defense operations. It covers a wide range of activities aimed at improving organizational processes, the effectiveness of staff work, the development of systems for monitoring the condition of military equipment, as well as providing logistical support and increasing situational awareness.

Main Areas of Work:
Support in the development and implementation of operational technical support systems to ensure a quick and effective response to technical requirements and emergency situations.
Organization and optimization of staff work in order to improve the planning, coordination and management of military operations.
Assistance in the development and implementation of complex monitoring systems for tracking the condition and readiness of military equipment.
Assist in ensuring efficient logistics, including planning, transportation, warehousing and allocation of resources.
Expected results:
Improving the efficiency and flexibility of the management of military resources and operations. Ensuring the constant readiness of military equipment and equipment. Increasing the efficiency of responding to changing conditions of hostilities. Strengthening the country's overall defense capability.
