"Western Ukrainian Defense Cluster" launches the "Technologies for Food and Social Security" project, which is aimed at supporting the development and implementation of innovative technologies in the field of food processing, preparation and storage. The project is aimed at preventing foodborne diseases, providing for the needs of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, in the future, for all citizens of Ukraine.

Involvement of specialists from the food industry, scientists and nutritionists.
Cooperation with manufacturers of food products for the introduction of new technologies.
Conducting research and experiments to determine the most effective processing methods.
Organization of trainings and seminars for educational institutions and food enterprises.

Reducing the risk of foodborne diseases among military personnel and civilians.
