Goal
The main goal is to provide comprehensive and multi-level training of military personnel, from the practical use of specialized equipment to strategic planning and intelligence activities. Education and training programs are focused on the development of critical thinking, tactical skills and knowledge of military equipment and strategies.
The "Training and Training" direction in the "Western Ukrainian Defense Cluster" is intended for support and coordination in the development and implementation of innovative and effective training programs designed to increase the combat capability and professional competence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This direction combines modern approaches to training, using advanced technologies and innovative means, to prepare military personnel for the challenges of the modern battlefield.
Education and Training

Support in the development and implementation of interactive training programs, including simulations and games, for practical combat training.
Assistance in creating a library of 3D models of military equipment to improve understanding and identification of potential threats.
Support in the development and implementation of comprehensive training courses for the Armed Forces, including theoretical and practical training.
Expected results:
Increasing the effectiveness of combat operations through better training and education of military personnel.
Strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities through improved understanding of military technologies and strategies.
