Supporting major and important implementations aims to accelerate projects essential to the effective functioning, resilience and security of Ukraine, its regions and communities, including selected oblasts.
Our goal is to significantly reduce the time to implementation by helping initiators identify resources, connect directly with partners and move towards agreed practical action.
From an identified need to coordinated implementation
We begin by clarifying the task, public benefit, current preparation and main obstacles. Together with initiators, we identify the decisions, expertise, partners and financing needed for the next step.
Support may include financing consultations, preparation and organisation of direct negotiations, and participation by Cluster representatives and specialist experts as advisers or in another agreed capacity.
