Innovation for development, business resilience and Ukraine’s reconstruction

Supporting innovation brings together the experience, knowledge and initiatives of innovative businesses to implement practical solutions that help enterprises and communities develop.

Innovation requires continuous work: finding opportunities, reviewing priorities, testing new approaches and putting them into practice. The project supports ongoing business participation in developing, updating and implementing strategies for enterprises and communities.

From strategic priorities to practical change

The project aims to strengthen business participation in setting development priorities, identifying investment opportunities and promising areas of specialisation, and preparing initiatives that reflect community needs, business capabilities and economic change.

Strategic documents should underpin concrete action. We aim to help proposals become pilot solutions and successful trials lead to wider implementation.

01

Updating development strategies

Integrating innovative approaches into planning for enterprises and communities.

02

Technological innovation

Digitalisation, automation, modernisation of production and services, and more efficient use of resources.

03

Organisational and business change

Improving management, workflows, business models and cooperation between organisations.

04

Investment and specialisation

Identifying promising opportunities, developing expertise and preparing investment proposals.

05

Partnerships and experience sharing

Cooperation between business, government, education, research and civil society to develop and implement new solutions.

06

Specialised innovation projects

Developing and implementing specialised innovation projects for specific sectors and areas of activity, taking account of their needs, technological requirements and practical challenges.

An advantage: direct, trusted contacts

We help establish direct, trusted contacts between project initiators, developers, specialist experts, businesses and implementation partners. This cooperation helps align needs quickly, obtain expert answers, find the necessary expertise and move from an idea to testing and practical implementation as quickly as possible.

Innovation during war and for reconstruction

War changes business conditions, community needs, labour markets and access to resources. Management decisions and development strategies need continual review. The project focuses on innovation that helps businesses and communities adapt, maintain continuity and strengthen resilience.

Priorities include new approaches to energy supply, infrastructure restoration, production, training and retraining. Innovative solutions should address current needs and support Ukraine’s long-term reconstruction.

We see reconstruction as an opportunity to introduce modern technology, effective organisational approaches and viable business solutions. Entrepreneurs’ practical experience can make an important contribution.

Open to your proposals

The project welcomes cooperation with entrepreneurs, communities, researchers, educational institutions, civil society organisations and everyone with ideas for innovative development.

If you have a proposal or initiative, we are ready to support its development and implementation. Please write to us.

Briefly describe your idea, the problem it addresses, its expected benefits and the support needed. It may be a technological solution, an organisational improvement, a new business model, an investment proposal or an initiative for resilience and reconstruction.

Together, we can turn ideas into practical changes that strengthen businesses and communities and contribute to rebuilding Ukraine.
